How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?
Registration is free and the trial lasts 14 days — no card required. After that you pick a plan based on how many branches and users you need. Prices are on this page, in the pricing section.
Does it work with RS.GE? Can it receive and send waybills?
Yes, directly. You pull an incoming waybill from RS.GE and enter it line by line — no retyping. Waybills from sales, distribution and inter-branch transfers are sent straight from the program. Buyer TIN lookup is built in.
If the internet goes down, does the till stop?
No. The till keeps working offline — sales are stored locally and sync by themselves once the connection is back. The cashier does not have to do anything.
How many branches and users are allowed?
That depends on the plan — from a single branch up to several dozen. All branches live in one system: stock, transfers and reports are visible together. Each employee has their own permissions — a cashier cannot open reports unless you allow it.
Does it work with fiscal printers and bank card terminals?
Yes. The card terminal and the fiscal printer are driven straight from the till — the amount goes to the terminal by itself and the receipt prints there, with nothing typed by hand.
Is it for restaurants too, or only shops?
Both. Restaurant mode has a floor map with tables, a kitchen display, courses, modifiers, split bills and tips. Shop mode is a regular till with barcode scanning and scales. The mode is chosen per branch.
Can data be moved over from another program?
Yes. The product catalogue is imported from Excel or CSV — name, barcode, prices, stock. We help with this during onboarding.
What does GTSoft not do?
GTSoft is not an accounting package: it does not calculate payroll, does not produce tax declarations and does not do double-entry bookkeeping. It covers the trading operation — sales, stock, receiving, production, distribution, and reporting on that data.
